Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your shirt. If something is not right, here is how it works.

Window: you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or an exchange.

Condition: the item must be unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Wrong item or a manufacturing fault: we replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Email photos of the problem to roycebelmont@gmail.com.

Size exchange or change of mind: accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the mistake was ours.

Refunds: once the return arrives and is checked, we process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Before ordering, please check the size guide — our kits run slim, and sizing up is usually the right call.
